30-day money-back guarantee

If your order isn’t right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Contact support first — we’ll confirm the details and send return instructions. For hygiene reasons, returned items must be unused and in their original packaging; sealed hygiene components (sleeves, cups) must be unopened.

Warranty

Every device is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and our extenders carry a lifetime performance warranty. If anything breaks under normal use, we repair or replace it — no excuses.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The bank statement entry stays as discreet as your original purchase.

Exchanges

Want a different model or size instead? We’re happy to exchange — often faster than a refund. Just tell support what you’d like.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item — then it’s on us.
