Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. All devices are manufactured and hand-assembled in the European Union and dispatched from our EU facility. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- European Union — 3–7 business days
- United States, UK, Canada — 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world — 7–14 business days
Estimates start from dispatch and may vary during holidays or customs processing.
Discreet by design
Your order arrives in a plain, unmarked box with no store name or product references anywhere on the outside. The sender line is neutral, your bank statement shows a neutral descriptor, and tracking details are visible only to you.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which are the recipient’s responsibility. We mark parcels in a discreet, compliant way.
Wrong address or lost parcels
Need to change the address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, write to our support — we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
