TurboMale Silicone Sleeve

A vacuum system asks two things of its sleeve: an air seal that holds, and a surface skin can tolerate hour after hour. The build comes down to four choices:

One diameter covers nearly everyone: at 3.5 inches long with a 0.75-inch inside diameter and that much stretch, it accommodates 99.99% of men, circumcised or not, and slides on in seconds. If you want a shorter section for a specific rig, the sleeve can simply be cut to length: one sleeve becomes several.

It works in every vacuum device we sell, and in any other maker's: extenders, hangers, all-day and all-night stretcher setups (ADS and ANS), and pumps. Worn on its own, it holds a gentle stretch that supports recovery between sessions and counters turtling, the flaccid retraction that pulls gains back in.
